Phsyical exfoliation can be way to rough on some peoples skin but this is perfect. This removes dead skin cells extremely gently withouth any scratching of your skin. Your face will be super soft afterward. Wash your sponge with a little bit of face wash after every use to keep things sanitary and get a new sponge every 2-3 months. Trust me you'll know when it's time for a replacement. That thing will start to get kinda gross after a while. But really, it's pretty cheap so that shouldn't be a big deal.
