Rate Date 2016-09-12 20:26:19 Recommend 93 Recommend Views 1436 I got this in #1: the dark navy blue. It is a bit on the sheer side and I needed 3 coats to make it opaque. I found that this navy kind of gave the colours on top of it a blue tinge. I used a glittery light blue on top and after a few hours it looked like a lilac glitter. The lasting power of this polish is average. I had a chip after around 1 day (even though I applied base and top coat).
